Xiaomi has officially announced the first beta rollout schedule for HyperOS 4.0. The new Opreating system will bring several changes to Xiaomi and Redmi devices, along with Android 17 support and a refreshed user interface. The first beta rollout is scheduled to begin on August 14, 2026, followed by more devices in the coming weeks.
The first HyperOS 4.0 beta batch will include selected Xiaomi, Redmi, and Xiaomi Pad devices. Xiaomi is expected to release the update in three stages, with the second batch starting from August 27 and the third batch starting from September 17.
The rollout will be gradual, so all eligible devices will not receive the beta update on the same day.

According to the announced schedule, the first HyperOS 4.0 beta rollout will start on August 14, 2026. The first batch includes several new Xiaomi 17 series phones, Redmi K90 series models, and Xiaomi Pad 8 series tablets.
The second batch will start from August 27, 2026, while the third batch will begin from September 17, 2026.
